How will my data be used?

If you contact us through our website, we may create an account for you in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System, Hubspot.  Within this CRM we may also keep a record of times and dates of when we have spoken, emailed or booked a meeting.

We also occasionally collate data using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.  We also use third-party email software such as Outlook and Webmail, which may store your email address in its contact book if we email you directly.

If you give us permission to contact you by email, or if you sign-up to our mailing list, then we will also add your email address and name to MailChimp or Campaign Monitor for email marketing purposes.  Each email that you receive using MailChimp or Campaign Monitor will come with a clear link to unsubscribe. Note that unsubscribing from our MailChimp or Campaign Monitor list does not unsubscribe you from all communications, or remove you from our CRM system.  To do this, see ‘How can I be forgotten’ below.

If you give us permission to contact you in exchange for downloading some information from our website, we may email you directly to talk about the specific content you downloaded.

If you are a commercial contact, we may also use the email address you provided to find and connect with you on LinkedIn, if you use the platform.

Employees of our company may see the details you give to us in their day-to-day work.

We store the majority of our data ‘in the cloud’, for example on Google Drive or the CRM system Hubspot.
