The Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) is a trade show taking place every two years in Paris, France. It is a B2B only event, specialising in the food and drink industry and is one of the biggest trade shows in the world dedicated to this sector. The event is all about presenting new products, technologies and innovation, and highlights environmental, economic and social aspects.
